When will I receive my order?
Providing the item is in stock, orders placed before 3:00pm from Monday - Thursday will be processed on the same day for next day delivery to a UK Mainland address.
Orders placed after this will be processed the next working day. Orders placed on a Friday will be processed the following Monday for a Tuesday delivery.
What delivery options do you offer?
We offer Next Working Day Delivery if the order is placed before 3:00pm.
Can I track my order?
You will receive an email containing your tracking information. If you haven't received an email, feel free to get in touch and we can track the order for you.
What payment types are accepted?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, as well as Purchase Orders for business customers with a credit account.
How do I return a product?
The product must be in saleable condition and in its original packaging to qualify for a return. Take a look at the Delivery & Returns Policy for information on how to request a return.
What does my Lifetime Guarantee cover?
The famous Peli Lifetime Guarantee covers any breakage or defects in workmanship that have not been incurred intentionally, or as a result of a user modification.

Can I order replacement parts?
Replacement parts such as latches, handles and wheels can be sent out on request, subject to availability.
Do you offer discount codes?
Currently we do not have any discount codes, however, if you are buying for a business or organisation, you could be eligible for a business discount.
