Welcome to Peli Products (UK) Ltd's Social Value Initiative. We believe in creating a positive impact on society and the environment, and our Social Value Initiative is a testament to our commitment to making a difference beyond the bottom line. Our Vision: We envision a world where business success is measured not just by financial performance, but also by the positive social and environmental contributions we make. Equal opportunities
Equal opportunity practices are essential for creating a fair and inclusive society where everyone has the chance to succeed regardless of their background. These practices aim to eliminate discrimination, promote diversity, and ensure everyone has the same opportunities. This page highlights the social value of equal opportunity practices that we employ and the actionable steps we take to promote equality:
- Provide technical degree apprenticeships, as well as entry-level apprenticeships.
- Complete Human Rights and Modern Slavery Act statements.
- Supporting the armed forces covenant.
- Identify talent and promote from within.

Reducing our carbon footprint
A sustainable future meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. In other words, it's about finding ways to live that allow us to enjoy the benefits of a healthy planet without using up resources faster than they can be replenished:
- Reduce our consumption: We can all reduce our consumption of goods and services. This means buying only what we need and avoiding waste. At Peli, we have fitted solar panels at our head office to provide clean and green energy, producing no greenhouse gases or carbon emissions. By installing them, we have contributed to a more sustainable environment
- Make sustainable choices: When we make purchases, we can choose products made from sustainable materials with a low environmental impact. For example, our offices at Peli have been re-fitted with energy-saving LED lighting, removed all bottled water and replaced it with water coolers, and reduced printing brochures to save on paper; we now use PDF downloads and QR codes.
- Reduce our reliance on fossil fuels: We can reduce our reliance on fossil fuels by using public transportation, walking, biking, or driving electric vehicles.
- Recycled product packaging: the excess cardboard boxes and plastic wrap (plastic is compacted first) are all sent for recycling.
Doing the right thing - Governance
Trusted Stakeholders
There are many things we can do to ensure we conduct our business in an ethical and responsible manner:
- A published Code of Conduct

- A comprehensive Whistleblowing Policy
